Missy & Zeus was started due to my love of cats and dogs. As a pet owner, I know how much research I have done to look at the type of breeds that would suit my family.

I have also spent endless hours looking and buying toys and pet foods to beds and more recently supplements online to give them the best life.

By using my experience I decided to create this website to answer some of the question people ask about cats and dogs as well as providing helpful information to people considering buying a new pet to join their family.

About Me

Since age 4, a dog has been in my home and cats joined my crew about 20 years ago. I have had the pleasure of owning a variety of breeds and they are all so different in personalities and needs.

The site is named Missy and Zeus after my current 2 dogs.

Missy

Missy is a 15-year-old Border Terrier cross Lakeland Terrier. She has been with me since 7 weeks old so although she is in her senior years she still shows that terrier spirit on her good days.

Zeus

Zeus is an 8-year-old German Shepherd cross Newfoundland. This big fluffy boy is the most gentle giant you could ever meet. It is a crossbreed I had never heard of before getting him but they are known for being the perfect family dog. Since my twins joined the family I can confirm this is indeed right and he adores the whole family.
